One of the pins that make up the mouth was missing. I contacted the seller, she was willing to send label so I could send it back. Instead I looked on line for little pins, and after searching and measuring I was able to order three different sizes as an order of I think 100 pins and lucky one of the sizes fit perfectly after I had to cut some of the length off. In the end the snowman candle and timer works and he looks very cute!
