Ornament has dimensional metal cutouts for a 3D effect, including a rusty top hat with snowflake charm, a nose, jingle bells, and a scarf. Item hangs on a jute cord. Comes in a set of 2 ornaments. I confess I purchased this ornament for myself for Christmas! I simply could not resist and I wasn't disappointed in the least...the quality was excellent and they arrived very carefully packaged and in a timely manner. They were hung up on our tree as soon as they were opened Christmas Day!
